Regeneration

So I went to the Chinese Chip Shop (Pesing) on High Road the other day and I realised how fun an accessory a camera can be, especially on my phone cos it's so practical that way. It made such a basic activity so fun. Like I was suddenly curious about every little thing as it happened or as it existed, as though I had never known of it before. It's mental.

These two are a couple of my favourite pictures from this venture. Like it's a madness how  the block right behind the tree is on the same level as the small one on the right, yet from my height and angle it's almost looking like a bredrin of the tower block hahaa. Then that next picture. I must have walked under that CCTV camera millions of times and never noticed or registered its presence, I like the colours and the angle and the peep of the tree. It reminds me of them inner-city cool kid Instagram pictures. I'm shocked that I took it and that it's in my area.

Life and death huh. When I was in year 8 so like 3 years ago I was bare obsessed with snapping nature, like any lickle flower I was buzzing to get a clear clear shot of it and I would walk around before school in the morning taking pics on my mum's digital camera omds. A semblance of that satisfaction returned to me when I took these.

So much reconstruction and newness is going on in my ends right now and it feels so weird. Almost random like what's the purpose, who's it for? It feels kinda iffy but hey. I still see the beauty in my Tottenham and I always will.
