When Locked Out Of Your Yard

It's so cool how the picture on the left is how far the CCTV camera really was from me but then technology allowed me to see it so much closer. The picture on the right has a satisfyingly nostalgic quality.

The foremost towerblock is right next to my much shorter flats. Apparently the council's planning to knock it down in addition to many other blocks round my area but they 'won't be able to' rehouse everyone. El oh el. That's why the construction of the shinier towerblock in the background really baffles me.

There's all this industrial stuff on the back roads by my house. I rarely see it in action, but I was locked out of my house for a bit so just walked about and thought hey let me capture it.

I can't remember if it was hard to control the focus in these photos or if I just didn't have the patience. Either way I really like the results but

bruv there's explosives right by my gaff are you mad.

Bricks and Blocks

So I was just walking through ends on a regular when I saw this pink streak of something on the wall. I thought the colours all went nice so I snapped it. I really tried to get it with the matching pink graffiti on the green box thing but the angles were too awkward.

I walked on and saw there was white streaks on the box and the wall this time. It interested me for some reason. Then I just stuck my foot on the scene cos my garms looked cool with it.

I really wonder what happened to this sign cos it looks deliberately damaged. And all that orange on the wall.

I took so many pictures of this sign trying to satisfy my eye and this guy walking past me gave me the oddest looks lmao. That makes me feel so hesitant sometimes and can put me off taking pictures in public, but I was in my own area so I felt comfortable enough to carry on.

Experimentation and that. I really like all the shapes in the right picture. And the sign looks so cute with the plant by it.

I was really playing with angles and it was fun cos I was like crouching and bending lmao. I like physical stuff.

These textures are so captivating to me. And that crack in the rock just looks delicious mate.

It felt weird being underneath what I was taking pictures of so I'm surprised these pictures are good. The lighting in the one on the right has a glorious effect.

I first saw Oscar #worldpeace perform very energetically at Ryan Hawaii's Go To Hell Pop Up Shop. Then I found him on Twitter couple days later and recognised that this video for this sick song was filmed in the very vicinity in which I took all these pictures. Tottenham is home to great  people uno.

Training Traveller

This woman looked so pensive at this platform, somewhere in East London.

All the underground stations in London are decorated and planned differently, it's so cool.

On my way home from my over and underground adventures I was looking through my pictures, and I noticed how the train advert said "shattered". Idk if I clocked that whilst I was actually on the train but yeah I felt an urge to write so I did, and this came out:

"If London is a religion, tubes are its churches. As the organs of the underground groan, the choir hums along monotonously. Shattered souls shuttled from homes to offices to shops. Money spent and gained and lost. Londoners are zombies, either unaware or acceptant of our embellished and glorified condition."

Graduation

I graduated from school then went gallivanting with Olamide in Green Borough. In between that though me and all my girls went to eat at the O2 and we took a mad amount of selfies and group photos.

The clouds didn't look this amazing in real life haha.

The basketball courts and little parks in flats are such precious places, I love them.

Olamide took pictures of me taking pictures lool. It was a happy day.
